The Board of Directors of the Company at the meeting convened for Thursday, 11th February 2021, will consider declaration of Interim Dividend for the financial year ending on 31st March 2021.

To consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Nine Months ended 31st December 2020.

Conclusion: ITC has good balance sheet with good reserves and Long-term borrowings are zero and short term borrowing are very minimal. ITC is a debt free stock. Recent union budget 2021-22 not mentioned any changes in taxation policy and thus provided relief to the stock. One should keep the stock in watch list for updates.
